基于信息集成的液压支架自动化焊接运行系统研究

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿液压支架传统焊接方式存在工人劳动强度大、焊接工艺复杂、效率较低、劳动力成本较高等问题,对煤矿液压支架自动化焊接运行系统进行研究,将多种信息技术进行集成和融合,提出了一种液压支架自动化焊接运行系统,对液压支架焊接工艺进行分析,建立软件控制系统架构并基于B/S架构机制开发各个功能模块,通过数据采集与分析系统对焊接作业生产工艺进行全流程控制,保证了液压支架的焊接顺序和焊接质量。现场应用表明:该焊接运行系统可对焊接过程进行在线监控,生产节拍进行控制,提高了生产效率,降低工人劳动强度,每年可减少劳动力约3~5人,取得了满意的应用效果。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of traditional labor strength, complex welding process, low efficiency, higher labor cost, the coal mine hydraulic support automatic welding operation system, various information technology integration and fusion, put forward a kind of hydraulic support automatic welding operation system, analyze the hydraulic support welding process, establish software control system architecture and based on B / S architecture mechanism, through the data acquisition and analysis system, to ensure the welding sequence and welding quality of hydraulic support. After the field application, it shows that the automatic welding operation system of coal mine hydraulic support can monitor the welding process online and control the production rhythm, which greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers, reduces the labor of about 3-5 people every year, achieves satisfactory application effect.
