Abstract:
Sieve plate is a necessary core accessory for coal washing and processing in coal mines. At present, a visual scanning robot welding without teaching system has been developed to address issues such as poor workpiece consistency, uneven manual welding seams, cumbersome product specifications, and low production efficiency in the production process of screen plate welding. This system realizes intelligent avoidance of back welding, seam tracking, and automatic detection of weld quality. The current can be automatically adjusted according to the cross-sectional area of the screen bars to optimize the loading and unloading plan of the screen plate welding process, Fully automated production of sieve plate welding has been achieved.
