筛板智能焊接全自动生产线的研发与应用

    Research and application of an intelligent welding fully automatic production line for sieve plates

    • 摘要: 筛板是煤矿煤炭洗选加工必用的核心配件。针对目前筛板焊接生产工艺中工件一致性差,人工焊接焊缝不均,产品规格繁琐,生产效率低等问题,开发了一种视觉扫描机器人焊接免示教系统,实现背条焊接智能躲避、焊缝追踪与焊缝质量自动检测,并且可根据筛条的截面积不同自动调整电流优化了筛板焊接工序的上下料方案,实现了筛板焊接全自动生产。

       

      Abstract: Sieve plate is a necessary core accessory for coal washing and processing in coal mines. At present, a visual scanning robot welding without teaching system has been developed to address issues such as poor workpiece consistency, uneven manual welding seams, cumbersome product specifications, and low production efficiency in the production process of screen plate welding. This system realizes intelligent avoidance of back welding, seam tracking, and automatic detection of weld quality. The current can be automatically adjusted according to the cross-sectional area of the screen bars to optimize the loading and unloading plan of the screen plate welding process, Fully automated production of sieve plate welding has been achieved.
