基于110工法的无煤柱自成巷开采技术创新研究

    Research on technological innovation of coal pillar-less self-forming roadway mining based on 110 engineering method

    • 摘要: 传统煤矿开采模式存在煤炭资源过度损耗及煤柱区域应力高度聚集的问题,为解决上述难题,立足于采矿损伤控制理论,提出了一种新型工程架构。通过对无煤柱自成巷技术的力学机制探讨,引入了顶板定向裂隙诱导降压技术和NPR锚杆/索支护系统等技术措施,提出无煤柱自成巷的110式开采技术体系,融合了采煤与掘进作业流程,削减了各采煤工作面巷道掘进的需求。现场验证结果表明,110工法通过在工作面前方预先实施定向预裂切顶技术,释放并转移顶板压力,借助矿山自然压力的作用以及垮落矸石自身具备的碎胀特性,实现了对留巷围岩的自适应平衡调节,且有效缩减了采区内约50%的巷道掘进量,显著提升了开采效率。

       

      Abstract: The traditional coal mining mode has the problems of excessive loss of coal resources and high stress concentration in coal pillar area. In order to solve the above problems, a new engineering structure is proposed based on the theory of mining damage control. Through the discussion of the mechanical mechanism of non-coal pillar self-forming roadway technology, the technical measures such as roof directional fracture induced pressure reduction technology and NPR bolt / cable support system are introduced, and the 110-type mining technology system of non-coal pillar self-forming roadway is put forward, which integrates the coal mining and tunneling operation process, reduces the demand of roadway tunneling in each coal mining face. Field verification results show that the 110 method releases and transfers the roof pressure by implementing the directional pre-cracking and roof cutting technology in front of the working face, and realizes the adaptive balance adjustment of the surrounding rock of the left-over roadway with the help of the natural pressure of the mine and the crumbling and expanding characteristics of the collapsed gangue, and effectively reduces the amount of roadway excavation in the mining area by about 50%, which significantly improves the mining efficiency.
