短壁联采密实充填工艺的提效措施及研究应用

    Research and Application of Efficiency Improvement Measures for Short Wall Combined Mining Dense Filling Process

    • 摘要: 针对短壁联采密实充填工艺在推广应用过程中存在的出煤能力小、运输不连续、支护效率低、封堵效果差及智能化水平不足等问题,本研究通过现场调研、工艺优化及高效设备引入等技术手段,提出系统性提效措施。具体包括:改进采掘设备,采用伸缩截割机构、横轴式综合机械化掘进机等替代纵轴式设备,并引入双机协同作业模式;优化支护方式,应用机载支架提升临时支护效率;研发连续运输装备,采用弯曲带式输送机、梭车、伸缩皮带等改善充填面运输环境;开发轻量化组合模板及液压封堵支架,实现充填面下端头高效封堵;推进智能化建设,实现制浆与充填系统联动控制。上述措施在新汶矿业集团部分矿井应用后,短壁联采密实充填工作面月产量显著提升,为充填工艺的高效化与智能化发展奠定了技术基础。

       

      Abstract: In response to the problems of low mining efficiency, support constraints on production, discontinuous transportation, poor plugging effect, and insufficient intelligent level encountered in the promotion and application of the short-wall combined mining dense filling process, this study proposes systematic measures to improve efficiency through technical means such as field research process optimization, and the introduction of efficient equipment. These measures include: improving mining equipment by replacing longitudinal shaft equipment with transverse shaft comprehensive mechanized tunneling machines and a dual-machine collaborative operation mode; optimizing support methods by applying on-board support to improve temporary support efficiency; developing continuous transportation equipment by using curved belt conveyors and shuttle to improve the transportation environment in the filling face; developing lightweight composite templates and self-propelled high-efficiency jet machines to achieve efficient plugging at the upper and lower of the filling face; and promoting intelligent construction to achieve linkage control between the slurry preparation and filling systems. After the application of the above measures in some mines Xingwen Mining Group, the monthly output of the short-wall combined mining dense filling working face has significantly increased, laying a technical foundation for the efficient and intelligent development the filling process.
