复杂地质条件下爆破切顶卸压沿空留巷技术研究

    Research on the technology of goaf retaining by blasting under complex geological conditions

    • 摘要: 针对沂庆矿1201工作面主运顺槽复杂地质条件下实施爆破切顶沿空留巷的难题,采用爆破理论计算,得到切顶孔爆破后沿径向形成粉碎区半径为0.06~0.08 m,裂隙区发育半径0.33~0.65 m,根据工程类比法,确定切顶高度、装药结构及一次起爆炮眼个数及装药量等沿空留巷切顶爆破关键参数,制定合理详实的切顶爆破技术方案,同时结合留设巷道应力环境的变化,制定针对性的高强稳定型沿空留巷支护技术方案,通过矿压观测数据分析,巷道实煤帮变形量、顶板下沉量及底鼓量随着与工作面距离的增加而逐步减小,巷道围岩变形量均处于安全值范围,满足巷道安全生产的需要。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the difficult problem of implementing blasting top cutting to keep roadway along gob under complex geological conditions in the main running channel of the working face of Yiqing Mine, the blasting theory is used to calculate that the radius of the crushing zone formed along the radial direction after blasting top cutting hole is 0.06~0.08m, and the developing radius of the fracture zone is 0.33~0.65 m. Key parameters such as cutting height, charge structure, number of perforations and charge amount of gob retaining roadway are determined, and reasonable and detailed technical plan of cutting roadway retaining roadway is formulated. Meanwhile, targeted technical plan of high-strength and stable gob retaining roadway is formulated according to the change of stress environment of the retaining roadway. With the increase of the distance from the working face, the deformation of the coal wall, the subsidence of the roof and the heave of the floor gradually decrease. The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is in the safe value range, which can meet the needs of the safety production of the roadway.
