活性剂煤层注水降尘技术及实践研究

    Research on Water Injection Dust Reduction Technology and Practice in Active Agent Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 近年来,随着高梯度磁分离器的研究不断发展,磁化水的除尘也不断得到重视。为了研究活性剂煤层注水的降尘效果,在开展液态水磁化特性及捕获粉尘机理研究的基础上,在赵庄煤矿5305工作面开采了现场活性剂注水降尘试验。研究结果表明:水经活性剂反应后,磁场对水分子提供能量,水的表面张力降低,溶解能力及渗透能力增强,粘度降低,从而增强了水对粉尘的润湿性能,更增强了对呼吸性粉尘的捕获能力;5305综采面经活性剂注水降尘后,全压粉尘浓度平均降低70.5%,工作面回风处降低了10.2%。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of the research of high gradient magnetic separator, the dust removal of magnetized water has been continuously paid attention to. In order to study the dust reduction effect of active agent coal seam water injection, on the basis of carrying out the research on the magnetization characteristics of liquid water and the mechanism of capturing dust, the on-site active agent water injection dust reduction test was mined in the working face of Yecheng coal mine 5305. The research results show that: after the reaction of water by active agent, the magnetic field provides energy to water molecules, the surface tension of water is reduced, the solubility and penetration ability is enhanced, and the viscosity is reduced, so as to enhance the wetting performance of water on dust, and enhance the capturing ability of respiratory dust; after 5305 comprehensive mining face is injected with water by active agent to reduce the dust, the full-pressure dust concentration is reduced by an average of 70.5%, and at the return wind of the face, the dust concentration is reduced by 10.2%.
