新元矿似膏体煤矸置换高效逐巷充填技术应用研究

    Study on application of efficient lane filling technology of paste like coal replacement in Xinyuan mine

    • 摘要: 新元矿为提高煤炭采出率,减少煤炭资源浪费,处理掘进产生的大量矸石,拟对南区中条带工作面进行充填开采,综合运用理论分析、工程类比等手段展开似膏体煤矸置换逐巷充填技术的设计及工程应用研究。研究确定双巷同采的掘采方式、双巷40 m的合理间距,完成矸石+水泥浆充填开采关键充填设备配套,设计选用矸石+水泥浆作为充填材料的充填方案。结合地表沉陷实测结果并依据充填开采建筑物影响评价标准,评价结果表明影响等级为Ⅰ级,对地表沉降控制效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the coal recovery rate, reduce the waste of coal resources and deal with a large amount of gangue generated by excavation, Xinyuan Mine plans to carry out filling mining on the mid-strip working face in the southern district, and comprehensively use theoretical analysis and engineering analogy to carry out the design and engineering application research on the lane-by-lane filling technology of paste like coal waste replacement. Research and determine the excavation and mining method of the two lanes and the reasonable 40m spacing of the two lanes, complete the matching of the key filling equipment of the gangue + cement slurry filling mining, and design the filling scheme using the gangue + cement slurry as the filling material. Combined with the measured results of surface subsidence and according to the impact evaluation standard of filling mining buildings, the evaluation results show that the impact grade is Ⅰ, which has a significant control effect on surface settlement.
