薄及中厚煤层综采工作面无人化开采技术研究及应用

    Research and application of unmanned mining technology in full mechanized mining face of thin and medium thick coal seam

    • 摘要: 为加快矿山智能化开采建设脚步,以东滩煤矿4302工作面建设为背景开展了薄及中厚煤层综采工作面无人化开采技术研究,重点提出了4302工作面创新跟机视频监控系统、创新支架跟机、模拟人工推溜工艺、支架控制器联控、集控中心远程操作与优化记忆截割等无人智能化开采建设新举措。建设结果表明,通过“五位一体”的措施并举,人工效率提升了70%以上,阶段性地建设成了无人智能化生产的新模式,同时指出了在该工作面智能化建设过程中面临的新问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to accelerate the pace of intelligent mining construction, the research on unmanned mining technology of fully-mechanized mining face of thin and medium thick coal seams is carried out against the background of the construction of 43-02 working face in Dongtan Coal Mine. The new measures of unmanned intelligent mining construction, such as the innovative video monitoring system of the 43-02 working face, the innovative bracket following machine, the simulated manual pushing process, the joint control of the bracket controller, the remote operation of the centralized control center and the optimization of memory cutting, are put forward. The construction results show that through the "five in one" measures, the labor efficiency has increased by more than 70%, and the new model of unmanned intelligent production has been gradually built, and the new problems faced in the process of intelligent construction of the working face have been pointed out.
