近距离煤层开采下部煤层回采巷道安全错距研究

    Study on Safe Staggered Distance of Mining Roadway in Lower Seam of Close Distance Coal Seam Mining

    • 摘要: 为研究近距离煤层联合开采下层煤回采巷道安全错距问题,以某煤矿3、6号煤层为研究背景,探讨6303胶带顺槽与3305轨道顺槽的内错式合理错距,采用理论计算方法,建立了3号煤层工作面开采影响层间岩体损伤模型,分析了3号煤层开采底板损伤状态,计算了下部煤层回采巷道临界错距。研究结果表明,上部3号煤层综采工作面开采导致的底板最大屈服破坏深度为5.42 m,采空区四周沿水平方向的屈服破坏长度为4.79 m;下部6号煤层回采巷道布置临界错距为7.41 m,结合工程类比,最终确定6303胶带顺槽与3305轨道顺槽的水平错距为10.0 m。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the safety stagger of lower coal mining roadway in close distance coal seam combined mining, taking No.3 and No.6 coal seam in a coal mine as the research background, this paper discusses the reasonable stagger of 6303 belt gateway and 3305 track gateway, establishes the rock mass damage model between layers affected by mining in No.3 coal seam working face, analyzes the damage state of mining floor in No.3 coal seam, and calculates the critical stagger of lower coal mining roadway. The research results show that the maximum yield failure depth of floor caused by fully mechanized mining in upper No.3 coal seam is 5.42 m, and the yield failure length around goaf is 4.79 m along the horizontal direction. The critical offset of roadway layout in the lower No.6 coal seam is 7.41 m. Combining with engineering analogy, the horizontal offset of 6303 belt gateway and 3305 track gateway is finally determined to be 10.0 m.
