顶板异常超前判定方法研究应用与实践

    • 摘要: 基于通过济宁二号煤矿长期开采时间,总结提出了一套顶板异常超前判定方法。该方法不再使用单一的数值作为顶板离层临界值,而是分区域分别计算顶板运动速度值的正常参考值和异常参考值,在此基础上,将顶板异常观测值分单点和区域2种情况,根据顶板异常移近值的发展变化规律,确定正常观测、加强观测、补强支护等不同级别的处置措施。济宁二号煤矿的实际应用证明,通过此方法可以超前15~30 d预判顶板异常,为主动采取加强支护措施争取了时间。

       

      Abstract: Based on the long-term mining time of Jining No. 2 Coal Mine, a set of advanced judgment method for roof anomaly was proposed. This method no longer uses a single value as the critical value of the roof abscission, but calculates the normal reference value and abnormal reference value of the roof motion velocity in different regions. On this basis, the abnormal observation value of the roof is divided into single point and regional In this case, according to the development and change law of the abnormal approach value of the roof, different levels of treatment measures such as normal observation, enhanced observation, and reinforced support are determined. The practical application of Jining No. 2 Coal Mine proves that this method can be used to predict roof abnormalities 15 to 30 days in advance, which buys time for proactive measures to strengthen support.
