基于透明地质的巷道精准智能设计系统研发与应用

    Development and application of precise intelligent design system of roadway based on transparent geology

    • 摘要: 针对现有巷道设计缺乏科学、有效、统一的设计依据,依赖于工程技术人员的资料分析和实践经验,导致巷道设计效果不佳的问题,本文将巷道设计与透明地质进行深入融合,综合运用计算机程序设计和人工智能技术,研究了一套基于精准三维地质模型的巷道智能化设计系统。系统基于建立的精准透明地质三维模型,实现了巷道的二维布置设计。通过对三维地质模型的剖切计算,自动生成巷道预质剖面图,自动识别巷道在不同掘进方式和过构造情形下的底板高程,自动定距添加避灾硐室。根据巷道围岩力学和拓扑关系,自动计算出巷道支护方案。与通过机器学习得出的巷道支护专家系统支护结果进行融合,得出最优的巷道支护方案,实现了巷道“一巷一策”差异支护,节约了支护成本、提高了支护效率。依据现场巷道围岩观测结果,生成巷道素描图,实现三维地质模型、巷道高程、巷道支护的实时闭环更新,不断提高巷道设计的准确性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the existing roadway design lacks scientific, effective and unified design basis and relies on the data analysis and practical experience of engineering and technical personnel, which leads to poor roadway design effect, this paper deeply integrates roadway design with transparent geology and comprehensively uses computer programming and artificial intelligence technology. A set of intelligent roadway design system based on accurate 3D geological model is studied. Based on the established accurate and transparent geological three-dimensional model, the system realizes the two-dimensional layout design of the roadway. Through the calculation of the 3D geological model, the pre-mass profile of the roadway is automatically generated, the floor elevation of the roadway is automatically identified under different excavation methods and over construction conditions, and the disaster avoidance chamber is automatically added at a fixed distance. According to the mechanics and topological relation of roadway surrounding rock, the support scheme of roadway is calculated automatically. The optimal roadway support scheme is obtained by integrating with the support results of the roadway support expert system obtained through machine learning, and the differential support of roadway "one roadway, one policy" is realized, which saves the support cost and improves the support efficiency. According to the observation results of the surrounding rock of the roadway, the sketch of the roadway is generated to realize the real-time closed-loop update of the 3D geological model, roadway elevation and roadway support, and constantly improve the accuracy of roadway design.
