永明煤矿自然风压演变规律及影响区域研究

    Research on the Evolution Law of Natural Wind Pressure and Affected Areas in Yongming Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 矿井自然风压常具显著季节波动性及对通风系统产生明显影响,是关乎通风系统稳定性、安全生产及高产高效的关键因素。针对矿井自然风压的有效管控与利用,本文以永明煤矿为实例,运用现场实测法,深度探究自然风压演变规律,结合定量数据分析与定性评估手段,界定自然风压影响区域范围。研究结果揭示:永明矿井自然风压年度变化规律图呈正弦波形,且与机械通风方向一致,夏季降至谷底,冬季升至峰值;自然风压主要影响区域集中于主副井、风井附近及3煤西运输大巷、33盘区南翼运输巷、5煤绕道等区域。

       

      Abstract: The natural wind pressure in mines often has large seasonal fluctuations and obvious effects on the ventilation system, which is an important factor for the stability of the ventilation system, safe production and high productivity. In order to effectively manage and utilize the natural wind pressure in mines, this paper takes Yongming Mine as an example, the on-site measurement method is used to thoroughly investigate the law of the development of natural wind pressure, and through a combination of quantitative data analysis and qualitative evaluation methods, the extent of the influence area of natural wind pressure is determined. The results of the study show that: The annual change of natural wind pressure in Yongming Mine has a sinusoidal pattern and is in line with the trend of mechanical ventilation, decreasing in summer and peaking in winter; the areas of influence of natural wind pressure are concentrated in the main and auxiliary shaft area, near the ventilation tunnel, coal conveyor corridor 3 - west of the mine, the south wing conveyor corridor in the area of slab 33, coal conveyor corridor 5 - west of the mine and other areas.
