中厚煤层综放沿空掘巷不同煤柱宽度下围岩稳定性研究

    Study on stability of surrounding rock under different pillar widths of full-mechanized caving along goaf in medium-thick coal seam

    • 摘要: 本研究以山东某煤矿1005工作面为背景,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,探究了煤柱宽度对围岩稳定性的影响。研究表明,煤柱宽度是影响围岩稳定性的关键因素,合理的煤柱宽度可以有效提高巷道的承载能力和稳定性。通过理论分析,建立了工作面沿空掘巷力学模型,计算得到合理煤柱宽度为5.86~6.89 m之间。通过FLAC3D模拟软件模拟分析了巷道掘进与工作面回采阶段不同煤柱宽度下的巷道围岩应力、煤柱下沉量和水平位移的变化情况,发现掘进阶段与回采阶段三者随煤柱宽度变化情况类似,在煤柱承载应力方面:随着煤柱宽度的增加,当煤柱宽度大于4 m时,随煤柱宽度增加煤柱所承载应力逐渐减小;煤柱下沉量与水平位移方面:随煤柱宽度增加下沉量和水平位移均逐渐减小。确定了工作面沿空掘巷合理煤柱宽度为6 m。

       

      Abstract: This study is based on the 1005 working face of a coal mine in Shandong Province,this study combined theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to explore the influence of the width of coal pillar on the stability of surrounding rock. The research shows that the width of coal pillar is the key factor affecting the stability of surrounding rock, and reasonable width of coal pillar can effectively improve the bearing capacity and stability of roadway. Through theoretical analysis, the mechanical model of goaf excavation is established, and the reasonable width of coal pillar is calculated to be between 5.86 m and 6.89 m. FLAC 3D simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the changes of roadway surrounding rock stress, coal pillar subsidence and horizontal displacement under different pillar widths in roadway driving and working face mining stages. It is found that the changes of mining and mining stages with pillar widths are similar. In terms of pillar bearing stress: With the increase of the width of the coal pillar, when the width of the coal pillar is greater than 4 m, the load stress of the coal pillar gradually decreases with the increase of the width of the coal pillar. Subsidence and horizontal displacement of coal pillar: with the increase of the width of coal pillar, subsidence and horizontal displacement show a gradually decreasing trend. It is determined that the reasonable width of coal pillar in goaf excavation of face in a coal mine in Shandong Province is 6 m.
