基于UWB技术的井下矿用电机车无人驾驶系统优化研究

    Optimization of Unmanned Driving System of Underground Mine Electric Locomotive Based on UWB Technology

    • 摘要: 传统煤矿井下轨道运输模式存在着安全系数较低、人力资源短缺、智能化水平不足、无人驾驶系统定位精准度不高的问题。针对上述问题,本文深度集成无线通讯融合的运输监控技术、智能AI视频技术、变频永磁技术、智能传感器技术于一体,构建了基于超宽带(UWB)技术的井下矿用电机车无人驾驶系统优化方案,重点对信集闭监控、电机车控制和无线视频监控3个子系统及地面主控部分进行了优化设计。通过与传统运输模式的比较总结了井下矿用电机车无人驾驶系统的优势,成果对于矿山井下实现运输车无人值守和自动运行控制提供了技术支撑与理论指导。

       

      Abstract: The traditional underground rail transportation mode of coal mine has some problems,such as low safety factor,shortage of human resources,insufficient intelligence level and low positioning accuracy of unmanned driving system.To solve the above problems,this paper deeply integrates the transportation monitoring technology of wireless communication integration,intelligent AI video technology,variable frequency permanent magnet technology and intelligent sensor technology into one,and builds an optimization scheme of unmanned driving system of underground mine electric locomotive based on UWB technology.The optimized design of three subsystems and the main control part of the ground is emphasized.The advantages of the unmanned driving system of underground mine electric locomotive are summarized by comparing with the traditional transport mode.The results provide technical support and theoretical guidance for the realization of unattended and automatic operation control of transport vehicles in underground mines.
