基于5G通讯技术的露天矿端帮煤层掘进开采远程控制研究

    Research on remote control of coal seam excavation at the end of open pit mine based on 5G communication technology

    • 摘要: 由于露天矿端帮煤层开采作业环境复杂多变,传统人工现场控制方式不仅采煤效率低下,而且存在较高的安全风险,研究基于5G通讯技术的露天矿端帮煤层掘进开采远程控制。基于5G通讯技术监测并传输露天矿端帮煤层的掘进开采数据,根据传输数据预测露天矿端帮煤层的掘进开采轨迹,在远程控制端对预测轨迹进行跟踪控制,实现露天矿端帮煤层掘进开采远程控制。实验结果表明,设计方法控制下露天矿端帮煤层掘进开采作业的采煤生产率较高,远程控制效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Due to the complex and variable mining environment of open-pit end seam, the traditional manual on-site control method is not only inefficient in mining, but also has high safety risks. The remote control of open-pit end seam mining based on 5G communication technology is studied. Based on 5G communication technology, the mining data of open-pit end seam is monitored and transmitted, and the mining track of open-pit end seam is predicted according to the transmission data, and the predicted track is tracked and controlled at the remote control end to realize the mining remote control of open-pit end seam. The experimental results show that the mining productivity is higher and the remote control effect is good under the control of design method.
