    Optimization analysis of GA250-8.5 air compressor screw rotor lightweighting

    • 摘要: 以GA250-8.5型空气压缩机为例,提出一种空气压缩机螺杆转子轻量化优化设计方法。对螺杆转子进行轻量化优化设计,通过有限元模拟分析的方式,对轻量化螺杆转子的变形强度与支撑位置进行了模拟分析,以此进一步提升螺杆转子的优化效果,确保螺杆转子性能保持良好的同时,降低螺杆转子重量,使其在空压机中发挥出更大的作用。

       

      Abstract: Taking GA250-8.5 air compressor as an example,an air compressor screw rotor lightweight optimization design method is proposed.First of all,the basic situation of the air compressor is briefly introduced,and the lightweight design of the screw rotor is carried out respectively,and then,based on this,the deformation strength and support position of the lightweight screw rotor are simulated and analyzed by means of finite element simulation analysis,so as to further improve the optimization effect of the screw rotor of the air compressor to ensure that the performance of the screw rotor is kept good while, reduce the weight of the screw rotor,so that it can play a greater role in the air compressor.
