济宁二号煤矿13303工作面回风巷围岩控制技术研究

    Research on the control technology of surrounding rock in the return airway of 13303 working face in Jining No.2 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对济宁二号煤矿13303工作面回风巷围岩位移量较大、原支护方案强度较差的问题,通过现场勘测巷道围岩变形现状,分析了围岩不稳定因素,提出了锚杆索强预紧力二次支护技术,采用FLAC3D软件模拟验证该技术有效,并成功应用于现场实践。结果表明:采用强预紧力二次支护后,顶底板移近量为291 mm,两帮移近量为203 mm,底鼓量为159 mm,对比原支护方案变形量下降了59.53%以上。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems of large displacement of surrounding rock and poor strength of the original support scheme in the return road of 13303 working face in Jining No.2 Coal Mine, the current deformation status of the surrounding rock in the roadway was surveyed on site, and the unstable factors of the surrounding rock were analysed, and the secondary support technology of strong preloading force of the anchor rods and cables was proposed, and the simulation of FLAC3D software was used to verify that the technology was effective, and was successfully applied in the field practice. The results show that: after adopting the strong preload secondary support, the amount of top and bottom plates moving closer is 291 mm, the amount of two gangs moving closer is 203 mm, and the amount of bottom drum is 159 mm, which is more than 59.53% lower than the original support programme.
