Abstract:
In view of the problems of large displacement of surrounding rock and poor strength of the original support scheme in the return road of 13303 working face in Jining No.2 Coal Mine, the current deformation status of the surrounding rock in the roadway was surveyed on site, and the unstable factors of the surrounding rock were analysed, and the secondary support technology of strong preloading force of the anchor rods and cables was proposed, and the simulation of FLAC
3D software was used to verify that the technology was effective, and was successfully applied in the field practice. The results show that: after adopting the strong preload secondary support, the amount of top and bottom plates moving closer is 291 mm, the amount of two gangs moving closer is 203 mm, and the amount of bottom drum is 159 mm, which is more than 59.53% lower than the original support programme.
