高瓦斯采煤工作面回风隅角瓦斯治理技术研究

    • 摘要: 赵官矿井为高瓦斯矿井,主采7煤层,瓦斯分布为“东部高西部低、深部高浅部低”的总体规律,目前开采的6712面是67采区最后一个采煤工作面,采区整体瓦斯赋存量较低,在0~3 m3/t左右。工作面埋深达到−549 m,相对较深,瓦斯含量最高达到6 m3/t以上,属于瓦斯异常区域,这就验证了矿井在同一采区也存在瓦斯不均衡的分布规律。通过全面分析,工作面瓦斯涌出主要来源于本煤层、邻近层和临近6708采空区瓦斯,针对这些影响因素,确定了“本煤层钻孔预抽、高低位钻孔采空区抽放、隅角“腔体式”封堵抽放、邻近采空区超前抽放、进风隅角气囊挡墙堵漏和风排瓦斯治理”的“六位一体”瓦斯综合防治技术,有效的治理了采煤工作面回风隅角瓦斯治理难题,实现了瓦斯“零超限”,为高瓦斯薄煤层安全高效开采提供了安全保证。

The gas content of the whole mining area is low, and the gas content is about 0-3 m3/t. the buried depth of the face is −549 m, which is relatively deep, the highest gas content is over 6 m3/t, which belongs to the gas abnormal area, which verifies that there is an unbalanced gas distribution law in the same mining area, the factors of gas emission in the face mainly come from the coal seam, the adjacent seam and the adjacent 6708 goaf, the“Six-in-one” gas comprehensive prevention and control technology of“Pre-drainage of coal seam borehole, drainage of goaf area by high and low position borehole, “Cavity Type” sealing and drainage of corner, advanced drainage of adjacent goaf, leakage stoppage of air bag wall at corner of air inlet and gas drainage control of air inlet” has been determined, the difficult problem of gas control in the corner corner of air return of coal face is effectively treated, the gas“Zero exceeding limit” is realized, and the safe and efficient mining of high gas and thin coal seam is guaranteed
