超长时期回撤工作面综合防灭火技术研究与应用

    • 摘要: 106煤矿1702回撤工作面回撤速度缓慢、时间较长,复合采空区漏风、采空区存在大量遗煤长时间留滞,极易发生煤炭自燃。为解决煤自燃问题,采取分阶段的防灭火措施,加强回撤期间自然发火重点防治工作,降低回撤期间防灭火工作的难度。通过分析回撤时期的自燃隐患,采取预测预报、动态注氮、注浆、注凝胶、压注防灭火泡沫等措施对超长时期回撤工作面进行综合防灭火技术研究,防止工作面回撤期间自然发火,消除发火隐患。

In order to solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion, fire prevention measures should be taken in stages, and the key prevention and control work should be strengthened during the withdrawal period to reduce the difficulty of fire prevention and control during the withdrawal period. By analyzing the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion during the pullback period, comprehensive anti-fire technology research is carried out on the drawback working face for a long period of time with measures such as prediction, dynamic nitrogen injection, grouting, gel injection and pressure injection of anti-fire foam, so as to prevent the spontaneous ignition during the drawback period.
