特厚煤层综放工作面迎采掘进巷道加固支护技术研究

    Study on reinforcement and support technology of full mechanized caving face facing excavation roadway in super thick coal seam

    • 摘要: 为保障榆树坡矿采掘工作面的正常接续,通过数值模拟、工程实践等手段,开展特厚煤层回采巷道迎采掘巷围岩控制研究。结合矿井生产地质条件通过数值模拟分析综放面开采超前压力分布规律,据此确定合理的迎采掘巷补强支护范围为距邻近工作面+65~−170 m,在原支护基础上设计补强支护措施和参数,工程实践应用成功实现了迎采掘巷围岩的有效控制。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure the normal connection of mining working face in Yushupo Mine, through numerical simulation, engineering practice and other means, the study on surrounding rock control of mining roadway facing mining roadway in extra-thick coal seam is carried out. Combined with the geological conditions of mine production, the distribution law of mining advance pressure on fully mechanized caving face is analyzed by numerical simulation. Based on this, the reasonable reinforcement support range of the facing roadway is determined to be +65~−170 m away from the adjacent working face. The reinforcement support measures and parameters are designed on the basis of the original support.
