锦瑞煤业9101工作面沿空留巷关键技术研究

    Research on key technology of staying along the hollow of 9101 working face in Jinrui Coal Industry

    • 摘要: 为缓解采掘衔接紧张,减少资源浪费,实现沿空留巷,以锦瑞煤业9101工作面为背景,采用数值模拟及现场围岩位移监测等方法,确定了切顶留巷的合理参数为,切顶角度5°,切顶高度6.5 m,并设计补强支护方案。现场监测表明,留巷围岩变形量均在可控范围内,可继续为下个工作面服务。

       

      Abstract: To relieve the tension of mining and excavation, reduce the waste of resources, and realise leaving the lane along the empty space, taking 9101 working face of Jinrui Coal Industry as the background, numerical simulation and on-site peripheral rock displacement monitoring and other methods are used to determine the reasonable parameters of cutting the top and leaving the lane as follows: the angle of cutting the top is 5°, the height of the top cutting is 6.5 m, and the reinforcing support scheme is designed. On-site monitoring shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the left-lane is within the controllable range, and it can continue to serve for the next working face.
