带式输送机低能耗运行控制系统的研究

    • 摘要: 为了解决五阳煤矿输送机系统运行时能耗高、经济性差的不足,提出了一种新的带式输送机低能耗运行控制系统,通过基于激光辅助的非接触式煤流量视觉检测技术实现了对输送机上煤流量的精确监测,通过变频控制技术实现了对输送机运行带速的灵活调整。文章重点对煤流图像增强技术、激光条纹中心点提取技术进行了研究,解决了煤流图像识别准确性差的不足。根据实际应用表明,新的低能耗运行控制系统,能够节约电费198.45万元/a,节约配件更换和维修费约38.7万元/a。

       

      Abstract: In order to address the shortcomings of high energy consumption and poor economy in the operation of the conveyor system in Wuyang coal mine, a new low energy consumption operation control system for belt conveyors is proposed. Through non-contact coal flow visual detection technology based on laser assistance, precise monitoring of coal flow on the conveyor is achieved, and flexible adjustment of conveyor operating speed is achieved through frequency conversion control technology. The article focuses on the research of coal flow image enhancement technology and laser stripe center point extraction technology, solving the problem of poor accuracy in coal flow image recognition. According to practical applications, the new low-energy operation control system can achieve an annual electricity cost savings of 1.9845 million yuan, and save about 387000 yuan/year in parts replacement and maintenance costs.
