掘进巷道过断层补强支护技术实践

    Practice of Reinforcement Support Technology for Driving Roadway Through Fault

    • 摘要: 晋北煤矿5-3022巷掘进时受断层影响,巷道出现顶板下沉、破碎及片帮等现象。根据矿井实际情况制定了锚网梁锚索联合支护的补强方案,通过持续观测发现,顶底板、两帮最大位移量分别为64.8、18.8 mm,巷道围岩稳定性大幅增强,变形得到了有效控制,避免了顶板下沉、漏顶片帮事故的发生,保证工作面安全顺利通过断层。

       

      Abstract: The main underground inclined shaft in Wangmangou Coal Mine encountered collapse column when driving, and the surrounding rock instability, roof subsidence, fragmentation and spalling occurred in some areas. The combined support method of Bolt, mesh, cable and shotcrete is put forward, which can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of roadway, avoid roof sinking and roof leakage, and make the working face pass through the subsided column safely and smoothly.
