贺西煤矿4306综采面切顶留巷关键参数研究

    Research on key parameters of cutting top and retaining roadway of 4306 fully mechanized mining face in Hesi Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为提高贺西煤矿资源利用率、缓解采掘接替紧张的问题,以该矿4306材料巷切顶留巷为工程背景,借助计算机仿真模拟手段开展切顶核心参数研究,利用UDEC 软件研究表明,综合考虑施工量及经济利益确定最佳的切顶参数为切顶高度9 m、角度5°,切顶部分能沿切缝面稳定垮落,未切顶的部分基本顶在上覆载荷作用下断裂、下沉,降低巷道维护难度,取得理想卸压效果。利用LS-DANY 软件研究表明,炮孔间距为800 mm最为合理,可实现顶板内沿巷道轴向形成贯通裂缝。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the resource utilization rate of Hexi Coal Mine and alleviate the shortage of mining replacement, the core parameters of cutting the top of the roadway of 4306 material in the mine were studied with the help of computer simulation and simulation. According to the research using UDEC software, the optimal cutting parameters were determined as cutting height 9 m and Angle 5°, considering the construction volume and economic benefits comprehensively. The cut top part can collapse steadily along the slit surface, and the basic top of the uncut part can break and sink under the action of overlying load, which reduces the difficulty of roadway maintenance and achieves the ideal pressure relief effect. Using LS-DANY software, the research shows that the hole spacing of 800 mm is the most reasonable, which can realize the formation of through cracks along the tunnel axis in the roof.
