Abstract:
In order to improve the resource utilization rate of Hexi Coal Mine and alleviate the shortage of mining replacement, the core parameters of cutting the top of the roadway of 4306 material in the mine were studied with the help of computer simulation and simulation. According to the research using UDEC software, the optimal cutting parameters were determined as cutting height 9 m and Angle 5°, considering the construction volume and economic benefits comprehensively. The cut top part can collapse steadily along the slit surface, and the basic top of the uncut part can break and sink under the action of overlying load, which reduces the difficulty of roadway maintenance and achieves the ideal pressure relief effect. Using LS-DANY software, the research shows that the hole spacing of 800 mm is the most reasonable, which can realize the formation of through cracks along the tunnel axis in the roof.
