基于安全诚信的全层级自主管理信息考核平台的探索与应用

    • 摘要: 本文研究了基于安全诚信的全层级自主管理信息考核平台,旨在提升煤矿安全管理效率和透明度。研究通过构建大数据运行平台,实现干部自律、职工自觉、班组自主、区队自治、专业自控的全层级安全管理流程信息化。采用Java开发语言、HTML5技术及Eclipse集成开发环境,确保系统操作简便且智能化。结果表明,该平台实现了自动统计分析、精准评价、动态预警等功能,有效提升了安全管理水平,减少了人工考评的差异性,确保了结果的公正性。同时,通过实时更新基础数据,为决策提供了准确依据,推动了智慧矿山建设。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a full-level self-management information assessment platform based on safety integrity is studied, aiming at improving the efficiency and transparency of coal mine safety management. Research through the construction of big data operation platform, to achieve cadre self-discipline, employee consciousness, team autonomy, district team autonomy, professional self-control of the whole level of safety management process information. The Java development language, HTML5 technology and the Eclipse integrated development environment ensure that the system is easy to operate and intelligent. The results show that the platform realizes automatic statistical analysis, accurate evaluation, dynamic early warning and other functions, effectively improves the safety management level, reduces the difference of manual evaluation, and ensures the fairness of the results. At the same time, by updating the basic data in real time, it provides an accurate basis for decision-making and promotes the construction of smart mines.
