复杂地应力条件下井筒掘进施工技术研究与应用

    • 摘要: 针对寺河矿西井区石柱南进风立井设计了一种采用伞钻和特制螺旋钻杆的干式钻孔技术,并结合深孔松动爆破技术,有效降低了爆破对井壁围岩的影响。采用该技术完成了复杂地应力条件下立井井筒施工,成井速度为每月78 m。该技术不仅提高了经济和社会效益,还为复杂地应力条件下井筒掘砌提供了理论支持,推动了相关技术的发展。

       

      Abstract: A dry drilling technology using umbrella drilling and special auger rods was designed for the Shizhu South air intake vertical shaft in the West Shaft Area of the Temple River Mine, and combined with the deep-hole loose blasting technology, which effectively reduces the impact of blasting on the surrounding rocks of the shaft wall.the construction of vertical well borehole construction under complex ground stress conditions has been completed using this technology, Completion rate is 78m per month. This technology not only improves the economic and social benefits, but also provides theoretical support for the construction of shafts under complex geostress conditions and promotes the development of related technologies.
