风流稳定性与斜井通风系统优化-以柳湾煤矿为例

    Stability of wind flow and optimization of ventilation system in inclined shafts-an example of Liouwan coal mine

    • 摘要: 风流反向是井下通风系统中的严重问题,同时巷道内风速超限问题会严重影响风流的稳定和安全生产。为此,分析了柳湾煤矿的通风问题,并通过理论分析和分析方法提出了解决方案。测试结果表明,井筒中的空气阻力较高,而维护巷道中的空气阻力较低,产生了异常的气流方向现象,提出并实施了解决通风相关问题的策略,验证了正常的通风条件。

       

      Abstract: Wind flow reversal is a serious problem in underground ventilation system, meanwhile the problem of wind speed exceeding the limit in the roadway will seriously affect the stability of wind flow and safe production. For this reason, the ventilation problems in Liouwan coal mine are analyzed and solutions are proposed through theoretical analysis and analytical methods. The test results show that the air resistance in the shaft is high while the air resistance in the maintenance roadway is low, which produces an abnormal airflow direction behavior, and the strategies to solve the ventilation-related problems are proposed and implemented to verify the normal ventilation conditions.
