深部软岩巷道围岩控制技术研究与实践

    Research and practice of perimeter rock control technology for deep soft rock roadway

    • 摘要: 针对佛洼矿2501工作面回风巷围岩变形较大、原支护强度较低的问题,通过现场勘测分析了巷道围岩变形现状,提出了“锚杆索+钢筋梯子梁+金属网+U型钢”联合支护方案,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件验证了该方案有效、可行,并应用于现场工程实践。结果表明:采用优化支护方案后,巷道顶底板最大移近量为465 mm,两帮移近量最大为410 mm,最大底鼓量为209 mm,围岩变形量大幅度减小,表明该支护方案对深部软岩巷道围岩控制有效。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock and low strength of the original support for the return tunnel of the 2501 working face in Fowu Mine, the current deformation status of the surrounding rock of the roadway was analysed through on-site investigation, and the joint support scheme of "anchor ropes, steel ladder beams, metal mesh and U-beam" was proposed, and the scheme was verified to be effective and feasible by using the numerical simulation software of FLAC3D and applied to the on-site engineering practice. The scheme was validated by FLAC3D numerical simulation software and applied in the field engineering practice. The results show that: after adopting the optimised support scheme, the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates of the roadway is 465 mm, the maximum displacement of the two gangs is 410 mm, the maximum bottom drum is 209 mm, and the deformation of the surrounding rock is greatly reduced, which indicates that the support scheme is effective in controlling the surrounding rock of the roadway of the soft rock in the deep part of the roadway.
