采空区下掘进巷道补强支护技术研究

    Reinforcement Support Technology of Driving Roadway under Goafe

    • 摘要: 针对王蟒沟矿副暗斜井掘进时受遇上覆3号煤采空区影响,原有支护失效的问题,制定了锚杆+锚索+架棚+金属网+喷浆联合支护方式,经现场持续观测,两帮和顶板的相对变化量先快后慢,分别于第2周和第4周趋于稳定,顶底板移近量和两帮收敛量的最大值为71.5 mm和22.4 mm。补强措施有效控制了巷道围岩变形,确保工作面安全顺利通过上覆采空区。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem of the failure of the original support due to the influence of the goaf covered with 3 号 coal during the excavation of the auxiliary underground inclined shaft in Wangmangou Mine, a combined support mode of Bolt + anchor rope + shelf + metal mesh + shotcrete was established, the relative changes of the two sides and the roof were fast and then slow, and tended to be stable in the 2nd and 4th week, respectively. The maximum values of the roof and the floor moving closer and the two sides convergence were 71.5 mm and 22.4 mm. The reinforcement measures effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and ensure the safe and smooth passage of the working face through the overlying goaf.
