深部复合顶板巷道围岩支护技术研究与实践

    Research and practice of surrounding rock supporting technology in deep composite roof roadway

    • 摘要: 针对东滩煤矿复合顶板巷道掘进过程中顶板下沉严重、加固支护不佳的问题,通过现场监测、理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了复合顶板巷道的变形破坏特性及支护原理,并对巷道原支护方案中锚索间排距“2400 mm×2400 mm、2-2”布置调整为“1600 mm×1600 mm、2-3-2”布置,并通过数值模拟验证了支护参数的可行性。通过现场实测,巷道顶板下沉量及锚索受力分别控制在56 mm、260 kN以内,有效控制了巷道顶板的变形破坏。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of serious roof subsidence and poor reinforcement support during the tunneling process of the composite roof roadway in Dongtan Mine, the deformation and damage characteristics of the composite roof roadway and the principle of support were analysed through the combination of on-site monitoring, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and the spacing of the rows of anchors between the “2400 mm×2400 mm, 2-2” arrangement was adjusted to “1600 mm×1600 mm, 2-3-2” arrangement for the original roadway support scheme, and the feasibility of the support parameters was verified through numerical simulation. The arrangement of “2400 mm×2400 mm, 2-2” in the original support scheme is adjusted to “1600 mm×1600 mm, 2-3-2”, and the feasibility of the support parameters is verified by numerical simulation. Through on-site measurement, the amount of roof subsidence and anchor cable force were controlled within 56mm and 260kN respectively, which effectively controlled the deformation and damage of the roadway roof.
