ANSYS对电牵引采煤机液压拉杠预紧系数设定分析应用研究

    • 摘要: 为解决目前采煤机液压拉杠预紧力设定不合理而导致出现的采煤机故障等的问题,本文以采煤机液压拉杠为研究对象,从理论方面对液压拉杠预紧系数以及预紧力的设定进行研究,得出预紧系数的最佳选定范围为0.5~1.1,经过ANSYS有限元分析验证,得出预紧系数与结合面最大接触压力以及开缝值的关系曲线,确定预紧系数0.5~1.1满足工程使用需求,具有一定的合理性。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of unreasonable setting of the shearer, this paper studies the theory that the best selection of the range of pre-tightening coefficient is 0.5-1.1. After ANSYS finite element analysis and verification, the pre-tightening coefficient and the maximum contact pressure of the binding surface and the opening value are determined, and the pre-tightening coefficient is 0.5-1.1 to meet the requirements of the project, which has some rationality.
