跳采工作面巷道围岩支护技术研究

    Study on surrounding rock support technology of roadway in jump mining face

    • 摘要: 以黑龙煤业2301跳采工作面运输巷为工程背景,通过理论计算、数值模拟和现场变形监测等方法进行巷道支护参数确定和验证分析,理论确定锚杆(索)直径、长度、预紧力、锚固力、锚固长度和间排距等支护参数数值,并设计正交试验方案进行数值模拟验证,确定巷道整体支护方案,通过现场围岩变形监测确定,在设计支护方案下,巷道顶底板最大变形量178 mm,两帮变形量152 mm,满足矿井支护要求。

       

      Abstract: Taking the transportation roadway of 2301 jump mining face of Heilong Coal Industry as the engineering background, the roadway support parameters are determined and verified by means of theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and on-site deformation monitoring. the supporting parameters such as bolt (cable) diameter, length, pretightening force, Anchoring force, Anchorage length and row distance are determined theoretically, and the orthogonal test scheme is designed for numerical simulation to determine the overall support scheme of the roadway. Through the on-site surrounding rock deformation monitoring, it is determined that under the designed support scheme, the maximum deformation of roadway roof and floor is 178 mm, and the deformation of two sides is 152 mm, which can meet the requirements of mine support.
