基于厚硬顶板沿空留巷下的切顶卸压参数研究

    • 摘要: 为解决厚硬顶板下沿空留巷稳定性问题,以2408工作面胶带顺槽为研究对象,针对该工作面顶板强度大,不易垮落且在工作面回采推进期间应力积聚现象明显等特点,提出施工切顶卸压工艺用以控制围岩变形情况,基于沿空留巷上覆岩层运移特征的基础上,采用理论计算结合数值模拟的手段,对切顶卸压的切顶高度以及切顶角度进行了优选,确定最优切顶高度为11.5 m,最优切顶角度为20°,确定爆破参数:爆破半径1 m,炮孔间距2 m。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the stability of the empty roadway under the thick hard roof, taking the belt along the groove of the 2408 working face of Coal Mine as the research object, aiming at the characteristics of the roof of the working face with high strength, not easy to collapse and obvious stress accumulation phenomenon during the mining promotion of the working face, the construction roof cutting pressure relief process is proposed to control the deformation of the surrounding rock. The optimal topping height is determined to be 11.5 m, the optimal topping angle is 20°, and the blasting parameters are determined to be 1 m, and the blasting radius is 1 m, and the blast hole spacing is 2m.
