矿用水封保压胶囊封孔器的设计及应用

    • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采钻孔受抽采负压脉动影响,钻孔周边煤(岩)产生松动效应,随抽采时间的延长,封孔质量逐渐下降,制约瓦斯抽采效果。为改善钻孔封孔质量,实现钻孔封孔器动态保压功效,设计矿用水封保压封孔设备。封孔保压装置由胶囊封孔器、注水单向阀、检测装置组成。开展相似模拟实验,实验结果表明随注气压力升高,摩擦力均逐渐增大,封孔器直径越大,摩擦力的增长幅度越显著,注气压力与摩擦力呈正相关,现场应用效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Gas extraction borehole is affected by negative pressure fluctuation, the coal (rock) around the borehole has a loosening effect, and the sealing quality gradually decreases with the extension of extraction time, which restricts the gas extraction effect. In order to improve the quality of borehole sealing and realize the dynamic pressure retaining effect of borehole sealing device, the water sealing equipment for mining is designed. The hole sealing and pressure maintaining device consists of a capsule hole sealing device, a water injection check valve and a testing device. The results of similar simulation experiments show that friction increases with the increase of gas injection pressure. The larger the diameter of the hole packer, the more significant the increase of friction. The field application effect is remarkable.
