机械造穴增透技术在本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采中的应用

    Application of mechanical cavitation enhancement technology in gas extraction of coal seam drilling

    • 摘要: 为有效解决工作面煤巷施工本煤层钻孔时瓦斯抽采效率低的问题,通过对煤巷周边煤岩体受应力作用进行了“三区”划分,考虑钻孔深部煤体瓦斯透气性差、渗透性低等特点,采取孔内机械扩孔造穴方法进行试验,经过与普通钻孔进行对比,钻孔瓦斯抽采半径平均提高2.4倍,抽采300 d时可达到3.7 m;30 d周期内的瓦斯抽采浓度由峰值97.62%衰减到60.55%,相较于普通钻孔由51.77%衰减到23.69%,仍处于高值浓度抽采状态;而瓦斯抽采纯量指标中,前者为80.04~31.59 m3/d,后者为45.7~11.28 m3/d,抽采效果具有明显技术优势。

       

      Abstract: In or der to effectively solve the problem of low gas extraction efficiency when drilling coal seam in coal roa dway construction, the coal rock mass aroun d the coal roa dway is divi de d into "three zones" un der the effect of stress. Consi dering the characteristics of poor gas permeability an d low permeability of coal bo dy deep in the drilling, the mechanical reaming an d cavitation metho d in the hole is a dopte d to carry out the test.The average gas extraction ra dius of the borehole was increase d by 2.4 times, an d the extraction ra dius can reach 3.7m at 300 days.The gas extraction concentration in the 30 d cycle decays from 97.62% at the peak to 60.55%, an d from 51.77% to 23.69% compare d with the normal drilling, which was still in the state of high concentration extraction.In terms of gas extraction purity in dex, the former was 80.04~31.59 m3/d, the latter is 45.7~11.28 m3/d, an d the extraction effect has obvious technical a dvantages.
