Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of dust pollution in fully mechanized excavation face, a new technology of combined control of the combined turbulent air chamber and dry cleaning was proposed, which includes cross-sectional automatic turbulent air chamber generator and dry dust removal fan. Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, a 3D numerical model of the fully mechanized excavation face in some Coal Mine is established, and the dust migration and distribution rules along the excavation face under single pressure and under the addition of controlled dust removal system are compared. The results show that the cross-section automatic turbulent air chamber generator can effectively control the dust within 21 m from the head, while the dry dust removal fan can pump out and filter the dusty air flow, and the dust concentration behind the air chamber generator is significantly reduced, compared with the condition without a controlled dust removal system, the dust concentration is reduced by 88%, and the fully mechanized excavation face environment is significantly improved.
