浅析煤矸石在道路路基工程中替代碎石的技术应用

    A brief analysis of the technical application of coal gangue replacing gravel in road subgrade engineering

    • 摘要: 煤矸石是在煤炭形成过程中,产生的一种与煤层伴生的含碳量较低的黑灰色岩石。煤矸石本质上属于一种质地坚硬的天然地材,其抗压强度与碎石接近,抗风化能力比碎石较差,其经济效果大幅优于碎石。本文主要探讨煤矸石在道路路基工程中代替碎石的技术应用,通过煤矸石的利用,可对煤矿资源开采过程中产生的煤矸石存量进行消化利用,减少煤矸石库存压力,还可有效节省碎石材料用量,并节省相关费用,创造经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Coal gangue is a kind of black and gray rock with low carbon content associated with coal seam in the process of coal formation. Coal gangue is a kind of hard natural ground material in essence, its compressive strength is close to gravel, its weathering resistance is worse than gravel, and its economic effect is much better than gravel. This paper mainly discusses the technical application of coal gangue instead of gravel in road subgrade engineering. Through the utilization of coal gangue, the coal gangue stock produced in the process of coal mining can be digested and utilized, and the pressure of coal gangue stock can be reduced. Second, it can effectively save the amount of gravel materials, and save related costs, and create greater economic benefits
