Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of severe dynamic pressure and large stoppage pillar resource waste in the final mining stage of fully mechanized mining face, based on the engineering background of Dengmaodong Mine 3209 fully mechanized mining face, it is proposed to construct isolation body to recover stoppage pillar and improve the stress environment of the withdrawal support, and the optimization design of isolation body layout and parameters is studied by means of computer simulation. The results show that, Inclined arrangement of isolator is better for controlling the plastic zone of roof. When filling with high-water materials, the water-cement ratio of 1:1.5~2.0 is suitable; The reasonable width of the isolation body is 3.0m, and the layout spacing is 3~4m.
