基于动态压力传感器煤矿快速掘进顶板支护状态监测研究

    Study on Real-time Monitoring of Roof Support Conditions during Rapid Roadheader Mining Based on Dynamic Pressure Sensors

    • 摘要: 为提高煤矿快速掘进过程中顶板支护状态的实时监测与预警能力,本文设计了一种基于动态压力传感器的监测系统。该系统利用高灵敏度的动态压力传感器实现顶板压力的实时监测,并结合先进的数据采集、传输与分析技术,有效地提高了顶板压力峰值的检出率及危险状态的预警时间。实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,该系统在顶板支护状态监测的及时性与准确性方面具有显著优势。

       

      Abstract: To enhance the real-time monitoring and early warning capabilities for roof support conditions during rapid roadheader mining in coal mines, this paper designs a monitoring system based on dynamic pressure sensors. The system utilizes high-sensitivity dynamic pressure sensors to achieve real-time monitoring of roof pressures and combines advanced data acquisition, transmission, and analysis technologies to effectively improve the detection rate of peak roof pressures and the warning time for hazardous conditions. Experimental results show that compared with traditional methods, the system has significant advantages in terms of both timeliness and accuracy for monitoring roof support conditions.
