Abstract:
To enhance the real-time monitoring and early warning capabilities for roof support conditions during rapid roadheader mining in coal mines, this paper designs a monitoring system based on dynamic pressure sensors. The system utilizes high-sensitivity dynamic pressure sensors to achieve real-time monitoring of roof pressures and combines advanced data acquisition, transmission, and analysis technologies to effectively improve the detection rate of peak roof pressures and the warning time for hazardous conditions. Experimental results show that compared with traditional methods, the system has significant advantages in terms of both timeliness and accuracy for monitoring roof support conditions.
