基于相似模拟下的厚硬顶板切顶卸压护巷机制研究

    • 摘要: 为有效解决厚硬顶板条件下围岩变形失稳频发的问题,以成庄矿综采工作面回采工程为研究对象,采用相似模拟实验对工程环境进行还原,对工作面回采期间是否施工切顶卸压技术工况进行了模拟分析,研究表明:切顶卸压工艺能够有效破坏上覆厚硬顶板结构的完整性,使其在采动影响作用下裂隙充分发育并贯穿整个承压区域,随着工作面的推进,上覆顶板能够及时破断垮落,释放积聚的载荷与应力,使保护煤柱与邻近工作面处于低应力稳定的矿压环境中,抑制因采动影响而造成的顶板大变形的破坏趋势,提高巷道围岩整体的稳定性,实现工作面安全高效回采。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problem of frequent deformation and instability of surrounding rock under the condition of thick and hard roof, taking the mining project of Chengzhuang fully mechanized mining face as the research object, the engineering environment was restored by similar simulation experiments, and the working conditions of whether the roof cutting and pressure relief technology were constructed during the mining of the working face were simulated and analyzed, and the results showed that the roof cutting and pressure relief process can effectively destroy the integrity of the overlying thick hard roof structure, so that the cracks can be fully developed under the influence of mining and run through the entire pressure-bearing area, and with the advancement of the working face, the overlying roof can be broken and collapsed in time, and the accumulated load and stress can be released, so that the protective coal pillar and the adjacent working face are in a low-stress and stable mine pressure environment, inhibit the failure trend of large deformation of the roof caused by the influence of mining, improve the overall stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway, and realize the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
