ABSRTACT: The speed of the three machines in the working face directly determines the output of the working face. While ensuring the stability of the equipment, how to ensure the propulsion speed is a decisive condition to determine the output. Generally speaking, the state of the liquid supply system of the equipment in the working face determines the advancing speed of the equipment. Therefore, to improve the advancing speed of the equipment, it is necessary to provide a safe, stable and efficient liquid supply environment for the equipment in the working face. This paper is based on the hydraulic support with large cylinder diameter above
ϕ500 mm, and its characteristics of large cylinder diameter and long stroke design a liquid supply system that can meet the requirements of high production and high efficiency for coal mining face. So that the movement of lowering, moving and lifting of a single support is controlled within 10 s.
