Abstract:
In order to effectively solve the problem of large deformation of goaf retaining roadway in Xinjing Coal Mine, high-pressure hydraulic fracturing drilling is used to cut the roof of the coal wall in the retaining roadway section and relieve pressure. By analyzing the lithology of the surrounding rock of the roof and measuring the physical characteristics parameters of the surrounding rock through experiments, the construction of a single row of fracturing boreholes is determined for pressure relief. After application effect testing, the shallow dynamic pressure change of the surrounding rock on the roof is 14-16 MPa, and the deep pressure change of the surrounding rock is 19-21 MPa. Moreover, the deep pressure shows more concentration and has a longer stable time, which has a significant effect of transferring dynamic pressure to the deep rock layer; At the same time, through the observation of the surrounding rock in the mining section of the roadway, before adopting the fracturing and roof cutting measures, under the same mining conditions, the maximum displacement of the roadway roof is 0.53 m, the maximum displacement of the bottom bulge is 1.4 m, and the maximum displacement of the side bulge is 0.67 m. After adopting the roof cutting measures, the maximum displacement of the roof is 0.14 m, the maximum displacement of the bottom bulge is 0.22 m, and the maximum displacement of the two sides of the roadway is 0.28 m. The deformation of the roadway is significantly improved, and the effect of retaining the roadway meets the expected requirements.
