Abstract:
In order to determine the sensitive index and critical value of outburst prediction of pent10 and pent11 coal seams in Pingmei Dijir10 Mine, specific parameters such as initial coal gas desorption amount, drilling cuttings desorption index, sensitivity and critical value of drilling cuttings desorption index are investigated, analyzed and simulated by analyzing the corresponding relationship between coal gas pressure and content, gas adsorption constant and outburst index. The sensitive indexes and critical values of outburst risk of pen10 and pen11 coal seams are determined respectively. The research results show that the critical values of sensitive indexes for prediction of outburst risk of coal seams in pent10 and pent11 are 0.6 MPa and 0.43 MPa respectively, and the corresponding gas content is 6.0 m
3/t. The critical value of drilling cuttings quantity index S is 4.8 kg/m (4.3 L·m
−1), the critical value of drilling cuttings gas desorption index ∆h
2 is 180 Pa (140 Pa for wet coal sample), and the critical value of drilling gas emission initial velocity q is 4.0 L/min. The sensitivity index and critical value of outburst prediction determined by the above research results accord with the actual situation of mine, and can be used as an important basis for mine outburst prevention work.
