济宁三号煤矿富水断层巷道变形破坏机理及支护技术

    Mechanism of deformation and damage of water-rich fault roadway and support technology in Jining No.3 coal mine

    • 摘要: 本文以济宁三号煤矿富水断层巷道为工程背景,通过现场勘察和钻孔窥测分析了巷道变形破坏机理,据此提出了“帷幕注浆+注浆锚杆索”联合支护方案,并进行了现场实践。监测结果表明,优化支护方案下巷道顶底板相对移进量和两帮收敛量最大值分别分别为35 mm和25 mm,围岩变形得到有效控制,确保巷道开挖安全。

       

      Abstract: This paper takes the water-rich fault roadway of Jining No.3 coal mine as the engineering background, analyses the deformation and damage mechanism of the roadway through on-site investigation and drilling peeping, accordingly proposes the "curtain grouting + grouting anchor cable" joint support scheme, and carries out the on-site practice. The monitoring results show that under the optimised support scheme, the maximum values of the relative displacement of the top and bottom plates and the convergence of the two gangs are 35 mm and 25 mm respectively, and the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled to ensure the safety of the roadway excavation.
