厚硬顶板覆岩运移特征及切顶卸压参数研究

    • 摘要: 为有效解决煤矿厚硬顶板条件下巷道大变形问题,以15201综采面为研究对象,分析了厚硬顶板下上覆岩层运移规律,将切顶卸压工艺确定为主要治理技术,并在此基础上采用3DEC数值模拟软件对切顶角度、切顶高度2项参数进行了优化分析,确定了最优切顶角度、切顶高度分别为15°和8 m,实践表明,该切顶卸压技术工艺实施效果显著,有效阻断了采空区上覆岩层的应力积聚与传递过程,提高了巷道围岩整体稳定性,工作面回采期间,围岩变形程度均在可控范围内,实现了工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problem of large alleyway deformation under the condition of coal mines, based on the comprehensive mining surface of Mining 15201as the research object, analyzed the law of covering the rock layer on the top of the thick top board, and determined the cutting of the top -cutting process as the main aspect. Based on this, the 3DEC numerical simulation software is used to optimize the analysis of the two parameters of the cut -top angle and the top height of the cutting height, and the optimal cut -top angle and the height of the top are 15 ° and 8m, respectively. The implementation effect of the cutting technology process of the top -cut pressure relief technology has effectively blocked the stress accumulation and transmission process of the rock layer on the empty area, and improved the overall stability of the lane siege rock. Within the range, the work surface is safely recovered.
