煤矿易自燃煤层采空区防灭火技术研究

    Research on Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology in Goaf Area of Coal Seam Prone to Spontaneous Combustion

    • 摘要: 为提高综采工作面采空区火患治理效果,以焦家寨矿2135工作面为研究对象,针对“U”型通风方式下采空区漏风量大、遗煤易自燃的现象,对采空区漏风规律以及温度及气体浓度变化规律进行分析,确定了采空区自然发火“三带”分布情况,并在此基础上,提出减少采空区遗煤、合理控制风量、端头封堵、喷洒阻化剂、注氮防灭火、工作面最小推进速度等综合防灭火技术措施,旨在有效抑制采空区遗煤自燃威胁,实现对采空区遗煤自燃火患的精确治理,确保综采工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the fire control effect of goaf in fully mechanized mining face, taking the 2135 working face of Jiaojiazhai mine as the research object, aiming at the phenomenon of large air leakage in the goaf and easy spontaneous combustion of residual coal under the "U" ventilation mode, the air leakage law of the goaf and the change law of temperature and gas concentration were analyzed, and the distribution of the "three zones" of natural ignition in the goaf was determined. The comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures such as the minimum propulsion speed of the working face are designed to effectively suppress the threat of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf, realize the accurate management of the spontaneous combustion fire of the residual coal in the goaf, and ensure the safe mining of the fully mechanized mining face.
