AI视频识别系统在煤矿井下人员作业行为监管中的应用研究

    Research on the application of AI video recognition system in the supervision of personnel operation behavior in coal mines

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿重点作业现场的人员行为管控,以提高安全性为目标,建立了AI视频智能识别系统架构,针对识别系统内部组成进行选型分析说明,利用智能识别技术对视频内容进行自动识别和分析,通过深度学习、计算机视觉等先进技术手段,对视频中的图像、声音等元素进行深层次的处理和分析1,提取出有价值的信息。该系统具备不同危险区域人员标准化作业监管功能,在采掘工作面、运输系统、提升系统等不同场景进行了实施应用,性能稳定、警示效果良好,能够有效保障安全生产,提高劳动生产率和管理水平。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at personnel behavior control at key operation sites in coal mines and aiming at improving safety, the architecture of AI video intelligent identification system is established. The selection and analysis of internal components of the identification system are carried out. Intelligent identification technology is used to automatically identify and analyze video content. The image, sound and other elements in the video are processed and analyzed at a deep level to extract valuable information. The system has the function of standardized operation supervision of personnel in different dangerous areas, and has been implemented in different scenarios such as mining face, transportation system and hoisting system, with stable performance and good warning effect, which can effectively ensure safe production and improve labor productivity and management levell.
