深部复合顶板回采巷道围岩控制技术研究

    Research on Surrounding Rock Control Technology for Deep Composite Roof Mining Roadway

    • 摘要: 在我国煤层开采的过程中,复合顶板煤层较为常见。随着煤矿开采进程的推进,浅部资源日益枯竭,开采活动向深部发展,深部“三高一扰动”条件下,复合顶板的维护更加困难,经常出现离层、顶板下沉量大,甚至发生冒顶事故。基于此,本文以5723工作面为研究对象,应用理论分析和数值模拟方法,研究锚杆锚索参数对复合顶板岩层的控制效果,并改进工作面原始支护方案,经现场实践验证,巷道围岩变形情况满足煤矿相关作业规程的规定。

       

      Abstract: In the process of coal mining in our country, composite roof coal seams are more common. With the advancement of coal mining, shallow resources are increasingly depleted, and mining activities are developing towards deeper areas. Under the conditions of "three highs and one disturbance" in deep areas, the maintenance of composite roof is more difficult, often resulting in separation, large roof subsidence, and even roof collapse accidents. Based on this, this article takes the 5723 working face as the research object, applies theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods to study the control effect of anchor rod and cable parameters on the composite roof rock layer, and improves the original support scheme of the working face. After on-site practice verification, The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway meets the relevant operating regulations of the coal mine.
