With the continuous improvement of energy transformation and environmental protection requirements, the development of new energy vehicles for mining has attracted increasing attention. As a new type of transportation tool that can not only meet the needs of mining operations but also reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption, the importance of new energy vehicles for mining is becoming increasingly prominent. In the underground working environment, complex conditions put forward higher requirements for vehicle charging facilities. New energy vehicles underground have problems such as low charging efficiency and poor safety, which seriously restrict their popularization and application. For this reason, it is of great significance to investigate the mainstream LLC resonant charging modules.The LLC resonant charging module can achieve efficient energy conversion through its unique principle. Its technical feature lies in utilizing the resonant principle to reduce switching losses and improve charging efficiency. Meanwhile, this module also has outstanding performance in terms of safety. It can adapt to the complex electromagnetic environment underground and effectively prevent the occurrence of overvoltage, overcurrent and other situations.To improve the charging efficiency underground, the optimization design of the LLC resonant charging module can be further studied in depth. For example, by improving circuit parameters and increasing the resonant frequency, the energy conversion efficiency can be further improved. In addition, it can also be combined with intelligent control technology to achieve precise control of the charging process and improve the safety and stability of charging.
